يعتبر برنامج انا ميديا الذي تعاون في إطلاقه "نادي دبي للصحافة" و"مدينة دبي للإعلام" و"مؤسسة دبي للإعلام" و"المجموعة العربية للإعلام" بغية دعم الإعلاميين بتوفير باقة متكاملة من مميزات تتناسب مع متطلباتهم المهنية والشخصية للعاملين في الجهات الأربع المشاركة والذين يتجاوز عددهم 25 ألف موظف وموظفة من ذوي الاختصاصات المتنوعة.حيث تقوم الجهات القائمة على البرنامج بالتعاقد مع مؤسسات وشركات القطاع الخاص، لمنح المستفيدين من البرنامج وعائلاتهم خصومات خاصة واستثنائية على أسعار السلع والخدمات التي تقدمها.يهدف البرنامج إلى دعم المستفيدين وتحفيزهم، ورفع مستويات الرضا والتناغم والسعادة الوظيفية والولاء المؤسسي لديهم، ما يحسن من إنتاجيتهم، ويساعد في تحقيق استراتيجية الموارد البشرية في الجهات المعنية.
